Our client is seeking a Tax Analyst to join their growing operations team. This role involves supporting the Tax Associate Director with international tax compliance and reporting, including annual AEOI reporting and maintaining tax records. Ideal candidates will have some prior exposure to FATCA/CRS compliance and international tax compliance processes, but specific tax qualifications are not required. The position offers opportunities to contribute to tax automation projects, business development initiatives, and wider operational efficiencies.   Job Duties: Assisting the Tax Associate Director in preparing annual FATCA/CRS reporting. Managing tax records, particularly for FATCA/CRS and Economic Substance compliance. Providing FATCA/CRS compliance support to financial institutions. Supporting international tax compliance processes for managed companies and partnerships. Collaborating with Client Administrators and Managers to ensure adherence to internal tax risk compliance policies and procedures. Contributing to tax projects and automation initiatives, including tax compliance automation and BEPS compliance. Supporting the client’s purpose by aligning with strategic business goals.   Job Requirements: Basic practical knowledge of corporate, fund, and trust structures. Foundational understanding of FATCA/CRS rules, economic substance, and international tax compliance processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines. A proactive and motivated attitude towards learning and professional development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
