Our client is seeking Trainee IT Support Technicians to join their service delivery team. The role offers comprehensive training, including professional qualifications and a tailored learning and development plan.   Job Duties: Responding to telephone calls, helpdesk emails, and support tickets promptly. Assisting clients with their day-to-day IT issues. Creating, updating, and following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Managing client expectations to ensure delivery meets commitments. Identifying recurring issues to improve overall performance. Recording accurate information in the appropriate business tools. Providing a confident, helpful, and professional service in all forms of communication. Supporting the team in meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs) and client SLAs. Contributing to ongoing improvements in customer service and client satisfaction. Adapting to the fast-paced nature of the IT support industry. Undertaking additional duties as assigned by the line manager.   Job Requirements: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
