Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a People Administrator to join their team in Guernsey. This vital role supports the Head of People and Culture, People Officer, and Talent Officer in a range of HR-related activities. Responsibilities include managing payroll adjustments, administering employee benefits, maintaining HR data, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and providing administrative support for various HR functions. Job Duties: Process payroll adjustments with accuracy and efficiency. Administer employee benefits, including enrolment, changes, and terminations. Address payroll and benefits queries, providing accurate information. Maintain up-to-date employee records within the HR system. Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and compliance. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in HR data management. Ensure compliance with employment laws, immigration regulations, and population management requirements. Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory compliance. Stay informed on changes in employment law and regulations to ensure organisational compliance. Produce and administer contracts, letters, and agreements as per the required approval process. Schedule and coordinate HR meetings, interviews, and training sessions. Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and documentation. Perform other duties as instructed by the Head of People and Culture. Job Requirements: CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in an HR administrative role. Proficiency in HR software and systems. Knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration. Familiarity with employment laws, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Understanding of the airline or transportation industry. Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
