Our client seeks a Retail Support Executive in Guernsey to provide sales and administrative support within the retail team. This part-time role (25 hours per week, Monday to Friday) involves managing online sales, stock, and fixed/fibre broadband activations, with occasional shop floor support during busy periods.   Job Duties: Reconcile daily banking and report to the finance team. Manage online sales and complete customer transactions. Book in and allocate stock, including accessories, handsets, and SIM cards. Coordinate stock for local dealers. Administer handset repair processes. Manage service requests, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs. Oversee fixed/fibre broadband customer activations. Provide sales support in-store during peak times. Fulfil other reasonable management requests.   Job Requirements: GCSE-level education. Highly motivated with strong organisational skills. Good communication skills. Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel.
