This is an exciting, full-time opportunity for a motivated and experienced Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to join our compliance function. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding the company's financial integrity.
Based in Guernsey, the MLRO will operate under the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) and Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) regulatory regimes, reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in compliance/risk or working with a financial services regulator with at least 2 to 3 years experience. Previous experience in a regulated financial/non-financial firm as Compliance Officer or MLRO and hands-on experience in liaising with regulators and managing the Suspicious Activity Review (SAR) process.
