Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Temporary Client Services Executive for a 10-month contract within the marine services sector. This full-time role (35 hours per week) provides day-to-day payroll and HR administration support to a portfolio of clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, the successful candidate will manage payroll processing, client correspondence, and financial transactions while ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual deadlines. The role may require travel to the UK and overseas as necessary. Job Duties: Manage payroll and HR administration for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Liaise with clients, employees, and external bodies such as international authorities, banks, and pension providers. Handle written correspondence with clients, employees, and external organisations. Maintain payroll data, generate payroll reports, and oversee invoicing processes. Manage client bank accounts and payments in line with statutory and contractual deadlines. Deliver high customer service standards and adhere to bespoke service level agreements. Prepare employment contracts, addendums, and related documentation. Collate and maintain personnel records. Collaborate with various jurisdictions within the organisation. Perform other general HR and payroll administration duties as required. Job Requirements: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. Ability to work methodically and accurately while meeting deadlines in a pressurised environment. Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in professionally managing client relationships. Commercial awareness and an understanding of payroll and HR administration processes.
