Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Shared Resource Administrative Clerk to provide essential administrative support to the Payables and Revenue Finance Officers. This full-time role ensures accurate and verifiable financial and management accounting records related to revenue and expenditure streams. Reporting to the Management Accountant, the successful candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the finance team in completing key tasks. Job Duties: Maintain accurate records of all revenue received at ticket desks, including third-party provisions. Record and track cabin crew sales for commission calculations, ensuring timely monthly invoicing. Maintain records of handling services provided, supporting the timely raising of invoices. Track daily fuel purchases, match records to invoices, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Payables Finance Officer. Maintain archiving records and assist with the department’s archiving requirements. Support the finance team with additional duties as required. Provide a shared service to the management accounting team. Ensure completeness and accuracy in capturing and reconciling all revenue and payable streams. Assist revenue and payables finance clerks in completing required financial tasks. Job Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing. A proactive approach to responsibilities and problem-solving. Flexibility to adapt working hours as necessary. Experience within a finance function is desirable. An interest in aviation or customer service is advantageous but not essential. Understanding of airline business operations is beneficial. Minimum GCSE Level 1 or 2 (or equivalent) qualification. Ability to obtain a police check.
