Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager to provide dedicated relationship management for a portfolio of corporate customers. This role is responsible for sales, service, risk, and operational delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service. Job Duties: Manage account opening, maintenance, and service delivery, ensuring customer expectations are met. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate customers. Act as the primary contact for client enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service. Identify and execute sales opportunities with targeted customers. Oversee corporate customer risk assessments, periodic reviews, and onboarding processes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Champion the customer experience and drive positive outcomes. Promote change and innovation to enhance performance. Engage in continuous learning and development to support career growth. Maintain customer confidentiality and data integrity in line with policies. Adhere to all relevant banking policies, procedures, and security requirements. Job Requirements: Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in business or banking. Proven experience as a Corporate Relationship Manager or in a similar banking role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to assess risks and identify business opportunities. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple corporate clients. Understanding of the savings market and banking products. Sales and negotiation skills.
