Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee strategic technology projects, including digital platform integrations and system transformations. This role involves driving operational change, managing project documentation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in stakeholder collaboration, process optimisation, and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation within the organisation. Job Duties: Lead the introduction and integration of new digital solutions, including document management systems, CRM platforms, and compliance tools. Drive operational change initiatives, focusing on Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPlatform, and core administration platforms such as Viewpoint, BankClarity, and Allvue. Support the technology team in refining systems documentation and change processes. Develop and maintain key project documentation, including user guides, policies, and procedural updates. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, maintaining a dynamic RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) log. Ensure comprehensive project reporting by managing project records, action plans, risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans. Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives with business strategies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Job Requirements: Strong digital expertise with a passion for leveraging technology to improve processes and drive efficiencies. Proven experience managing end-to-end implementation of new digital systems and platforms. Proficiency in project and change management methodologies, including both waterfall and agile frameworks. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft 365, Excel, and PowerBI; experience with other analytics tools is advantageous. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. A proactive, methodical, and results-driven approach with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
