Our client is seeking a Life and Disability Operations Administrator for a 9-month temporary contract. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for a graduate looking to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment. The position involves supporting an experienced team and assisting with operational tasks. The role requires good organisation and communication skills, and the successful candidate will be supporting the team in completing scheme renewals processing. Job Duties: Provide support to the Team Manager and wider team of administrators to complete scheme renewals processing. Scrutinise membership data sent to the Operations team using the data vetting tool. Produce renewal imports using reports such as “Members CSV Renewal Template,” “Relation CSV Renewal Template” (if required), and “Coverage CSV Renewal Template.” Export documents in Microsoft Excel format and save them in the Renewals folder. Investigate any errors listed and re-import if necessary, ensuring all data has been processed correctly. Complete the Operations Checks section of the Renewal Checklist and note relevant information for pre-activation checks. Update the Complete Renewal & Servicing List to indicate that the scheme is 'Awaiting Approval.' Update the classification of the renewal ticket in Enate to 'for Approval' to move it to the UCS Approval Queue for team authorisation. Support the renewals team with other tasks to meet required MSA's. Job Requirements: Operational background in a data processing environment. Competencies in clear communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure for sustained periods, especially during busy periods. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
