Our client is looking for a Company Secretary - Funds to assist in managing the statutory and corporate secretarial obligations of private equity funds, general partners, and related entities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting statutory and corporate secretarial reporting and filing requirements
• Assisting in coordinating quarterly board meetings, including collating board papers, preparing board packs, and recording minutes
• Ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support corporate governance functions
