Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager, Procedural Change to optimise and enhance operational processes across multiple locations. This role involves analysing existing procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance customer service. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Compliance, IT, and Operations, to support strategic business objectives. Job Duties: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiency in line with business objectives. Conduct thorough assessments of existing procedures to identify bottlenecks, risks, and areas for improvement. Lead the implementation of procedural changes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless integration of new procedures. Coordinate and deliver training sessions to staff, ensuring successful adoption of updated processes. Ensure compliance with international banking regulations and local legal requirements, minimising operational risks. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process changes, monitoring and adjusting as required. Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarising progress, challenges, and business impact. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring process improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Maintain CPD (Continued Professional Development) in accordance with qualification level and internal procedures. Adhere to company values and expected behaviours while performing additional duties as required by management. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process improvement, operations, or procedural change within financial services, preferably in an international banking environment. Experience managing change in a complex, regulatory-driven setting. Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and banking systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Proficiency in process mapping and process re-engineering. Understanding of international banking regulations and risk management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented and hands-on approach.
