Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an Administrator to join their Private Client Services team. This role involves providing comprehensive administration services to an international client base, managing a defined client portfolio that includes trusts, companies, foundations, and limited partnerships. You will be a key part of a progressive team, helping to maintain strong client relationships and support the development of junior staff while ensuring the smooth operation of your portfolio. Job Duties: Administer a defined client portfolio, including trusts, companies, foundations, and limited partnerships. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, client advisors, and intermediaries. Assist senior team members in providing training to Assistant Administrators when necessary. Manage billing and debt collection for your client portfolio. Review working papers and files for annual accounts and financial statements within your client portfolio. Acquire, monitor, and dispose of assets held within your client portfolio, following office procedures. Prepare written correspondence, board/trustee minutes, and checklists as required. Ensure client files are maintained in an organised and timely manner. Provide general assistance to the Assistant Manager and Manager as needed. Job Requirements: Strong GCSEs/A-Levels, especially in English and Mathematics. 2-3 years of experience in the trust and corporate sector. Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ICSA or STEP preferred).
