Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications to drive the growth and market presence of the business. This is a full-time, permanent position where the successful candidate will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives, focusing on growth and brand identity. The role involves overseeing all marketing activities and budgets, including the development of a marketing strategy, PR and communications, campaign management, digital marketing, content creation, and market research. Job Duties: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to support the client’s growth objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content across various channels. Lead communication activities, including media relations, stakeholder communications, crisis and reputation management, and regulatory and compliance communications, ensuring consistency within the Group where required. Manage and comply with all relevant policies that apply to this role. Job Requirements: CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing, or an equivalent marketing qualification. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth. Experience with brand management and executing a brand refresh. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team and across the wider business to achieve objectives. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and data analytics. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in leading marketing teams and managing substantial budgets. Relevant Right to Work documentation and visa to work in the Channel Islands.
