Back to ResultsOur client is seeking two ambitious, risk-oriented individuals to join their growing Risk and Compliance team. This is a full-time, permanent position where the successful candidates will assist in providing support, challenge, advice, and guidance across the business in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Risk Manager and contribute to the development and implementation of risk management processes. Job Duties: Ensure close collaboration with relevant stakeholders/colleagues to ensure delivery of plans (including with SBS Group). Ensure a comprehensive understanding and adherence to industry and regulatory standards, as well as credit risk, operational risk, and other risk policies, frameworks, processes, and procedures. Maintain a good understanding of current and future business needs, and of emerging risks and issues relating to areas of credit, operational, and other risk responsibilities. Support other business areas in identifying and developing risk awareness. Maintain effective relationships across the business to support key objectives. Job Requirements: Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships both within the company and the wider business environment to achieve objectives. Knowledge of Credit, Operational, and Financial Risks. Ability to manage and report on the Group Risk Management Framework. Proven ability in identifying and documenting risks, and the design and/or recommendation of appropriate management controls.
