Our client is seeking a Business Manager for a full-time, permanent position in Guernsey. This is an exciting opportunity to support senior leaders and drive strategic change across the business, significantly contributing to the firm's long-term success and operational excellence. The successful candidate will provide management support to the Chief Operating Officer, Territory Senior Partner, and Chief Strategy Officer, requiring a proactive approach to support the ambitious growth plans of the Channel Islands firm. Job Duties: Collaborate with the COO, TSP, and CSO to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the firm’s goals. Lead and manage change initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Plan, coordinate, and oversee key projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Develop and deliver compelling presentations for various audiences, including senior leadership and external stakeholders. Analyse data to inform decision-making and track progress against strategic goals. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies, implementing solutions to enhance productivity and performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of strategies and initiatives. Job Requirements: Proven experience in project management, delivering simultaneous projects of varying size and complexity. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional organisational abilities and self-motivation, with a proactive and adaptable approach to work. Analytical thinking skills, with proficiency in analysing data and identifying opportunities, risks, and solutions. Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences. Competence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience in crisis management, remaining calm and making timely decisions in challenging situations. Commercial acumen, with an understanding of the link between operational activities and the firm strategy and success. Ability to foster an inclusive work environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
