Our client is seeking a CDD Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager for a full-time, permanent role in Guernsey. This position will be responsible for managing the CDD team and process within the Fund Service Business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer due diligence (CDD) reviews. The successful candidate will oversee the screening function, provide guidance on CDD and compliance-related matters, and contribute to internal reviews and controls. Job Duties: Review CDD and client onboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct ongoing CDD reviews in relation to client transactions and changing circumstances. Maintain and update CDD records in line with the Guernsey AML Handbook. Raise and complete trigger event reviews. Ensure timely completion of Refinitiv / World checks. Maintain a working knowledge of FATCA/CRS regulations. Assist in clearing CMP outcomes and coordinating periodic reviews. Support internal reviews and controls, providing management information (MI) to senior leadership. Enter and update static data in office software. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, suggesting amendments as necessary. Maintain statutory records and assist with ad-hoc compliance projects. Stay up to date with legislative and regulatory changes in Guernsey. Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client services or CDD role within financial services. Strong knowledge of CDD identification, collection, and review processes. Experience in periodic and trigger event reviews. Understanding of Guernsey fund structures in the context of compliance and CDD. Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Proactive and able to identify process improvements based on past experience. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
