You will be responsible for running the CDD team including line management immediately and future growth in this function in the business. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CDD team and process in the Guernsey office, specializing in regulatory compliance of the Fund Service Business and customer due diligence reviews
  • Assist with the management of the screening function and act as an advisor to the business and clients on various CDD and compliance related matters
  • Review CDD/take on documents and preparation of files for new client take-o and ongoing review of CDD with regard to client transactions
  • Co-ordinate and complete periodic reviews, assist with ongoing internal reviews and controls and work closely with internal colleagues.

Our client is looking for you to have built an established base of experience in client services/CDD within the finance sector including a strong appreciation for identification, collection, periodic and trigger review processes.
