A leading organisation is looking for a proactive Senior Finance Administrator to join its finance team. This is a hands-on, varied role with responsibility for accounts payable, daily reporting, and supporting month-end close.

It’s a great opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused individual to contribute to a well-established finance function and grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile the purchase ledger, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

  • Process payments promptly and handle vendor queries professionally.

  • Prepare daily financial reports and manage internal system data, including interest rates.

  • Support the month-end close process and assist with audit-related documentation.

You should have at least 1 year of experience in a finance team, ideally with accounts payable exposure, be organised, deadline-driven, and confident handling multiple tasks, you should also have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.
