Our client is seeking an Human Resources Data Assistant to support the provision of high-quality workforce data, aligned with performance reporting cycles and strategic workforce planning. The role involves research, data analysis, and document management within a structured governance and assurance framework. This is a full-time position requiring 36 hours per week, based in the office. Hybrid working is not available during the probationary period, but there may be occasional flexibility thereafter. Job Duties: Assist in producing workforce reports, including standard HR metrics such as turnover, tenure, sickness absence, and vacancy rates. Support strategic workforce planning through data analysis, including succession planning and retirement profiling. Gather external data for comparative workforce analysis. Analyse HR system data for insights into workforce trends and operational performance. Provide administrative support for HR-related meetings and reporting groups. Assist with HR projects as directed by senior HR leadership. Ensure accurate document management within HR systems, following governance and compliance protocols. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other teams on continuous improvement initiatives. Support HR Directors with wider administrative tasks as required. Maintain professional development and comply with mandatory training. Job Requirements: Ability to research, appraise evidence sources, and present findings effectively. Strong self-motivation and ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. Experience in administrative roles with a focus on data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn bespoke HR systems. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Understanding of confidentiality and security protocols in handling HR data. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, and SAP BI.
