Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for school leavers, A Level students, graduates, and career switchers to join their structured Pathway Programme, starting in September 2025. This programme provides hands-on experience across key business areas, including Trust, Tax, and Funds, before participants choose their preferred career path. Over a period of up to 18 months, participants will receive tailored development plans, structured mentoring, and professional training, ensuring they gain the technical and personal skills needed for a successful career in finance. Job Duties: Gain experience in Trust, Tax, and Funds over three six-month rotations. Receive tailored development plans, on-the-job training, and structured mentoring. Work in additional key areas such as operations, accounting, and compliance. Support teams with daily tasks and client-related activities. Attend external training relevant to the business area. Engage with experienced professionals to build a strong foundation in finance. For graduates, start studying towards a professional qualification before completing the programme. Job Requirements: Strong academic record at GCSE/A Level (minimum 6 GCSEs at grade 5 or above, including Maths and English, and A Level predicted grades at C or above). For graduates, a 2:1 degree or above (achieved or predicted). For career switchers, relevant work experience alongside strong academic results. Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and gain exposure to different business areas. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
