Accounts Payable Administrator – Part Time

We are looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Administrator to join a dynamic Finance team for a temporary 9 - 12 month contract.

This role, of around 15 hours a week, is crucial in managing accounts payable processes and supporting the Senior Finance Manager during a busy period.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full accounts payable workflow: processing invoices, arranging approvals, and making payments.
  • Handling supplier-related queries and monitoring the accounts payable inbox.
  • Supporting month-end processes by processing expense journals and credit card transactions.
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and ensuring smooth payment processes.

A proactive, methodical, and organised individual with strong Excel skills and the ability to meet deadlines, you should have a background in accounts payable or are studying towards a relevant qualification, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
