We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join a busy team in Guernsey, reporting directly to our Office Manager & Marketing Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to balance work with flexibility in a dynamic capital markets environment.

The role is for 20 hours per week, but our client will offer some flexibility, including the option for slightly different hours or more than 20, though not less.

Responsibilities include:

  • Office Administration: Managing the company’s email inbox, answering the switchboard, and greeting visitors to the office.
  • HR Administration: Coordinating staff training, assisting with induction plans, and supporting IT provider for staff changes and new joiners.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organizing travel bookings for staff in collaboration with the Office Manager & Marketing Executive.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing and attending internal social and CSR events throughout the year.
