Our client is seeking an Analyst to join their Listings team based in Guernsey. This full-time role involves reviewing and analysing listing applications, conducting due diligence, and liaising with Listing Members. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Listing Rules, presenting findings to the Listing & Membership Committee, and supporting the development of Assistant Analysts. This position requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and excellent communication abilities, with opportunities for professional development, including industry-specific qualifications. Job Duties: Review and analyse listing applications to ensure compliance with Listing Rules. Provide detailed feedback on applications and liaise with Listing Members. Present findings and make recommendations to the Listing & Membership Committee. Conduct due diligence to identify relevant issuer information. Monitor and process responses from Listing Members. Ensure timely approval of applications and maintain accurate records. Assist in training and developing Assistant Analysts. Collaborate with the Market Regulation and Compliance Departments. Build and maintain strong relationships with Listing Members. Respond to general listing enquiries and corporate actions. Undertake ad-hoc projects as directed by management. Stay up to date with technical and industry developments. Job Requirements: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
