Our client is seeking a Fiduciary Reporting Assistant to join their friendly team. This role involves maintaining key elements of NavOne to enable accurate and timely client and regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will assist in testing new functionality and enhancements of NavOne while ensuring accurate client ledgers for cash, investment portfolios, property, loans, and unquoted assets. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong numerical skills and attention to detail to contribute to a high-quality trust and company administration service. Job Duties: Maintain static data and update registers within NavOne. Assist with testing new functionality, upgrades, and enhancements of NavOne. Prepare bookkeeping checklists to support timely accounting completion. Assist team members with portfolio-related tasks when required. Reconcile statements and valuations to ensure accuracy. Adhere to internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Develop and maintain IT competencies relevant to the role. Work effectively within the team and corporate framework. Job Requirements: Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and industry requirements. Experience with business processes, standards, policies, and procedures. Familiarity with NavOne would be an advantage.
