Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of content strategies for their brand. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition through high-quality, multi-format content. This role will oversee the creation and optimisation of content across various channels, including digital platforms, email, PR, and social media. Job Duties: Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and engagement Manage content for brand ambassadors and freelance writers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines Create and oversee content for SEO, brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives Produce and edit content across multiple formats, including video, podcasts, infographics, and editorial copy Ensure all content meets SEO best practices, collaborating with digital marketing teams and external agencies Maintain and enforce brand tone of voice and written style guidelines Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent delivery across all channels Monitor and report on content performance, leveraging data insights to optimise strategy Oversee content budgets, reporting on expenditure and ensuring efficient use of resources Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance content effectiveness Job Requirements: Minimum of five years’ experience in content management, including video and editorial production Strong written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail Experience managing external content creators, freelancers, and agencies Proficiency in SEO best practices, metadata, and content optimisation Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS capabilities Video editing skills and experience with relevant software Ability to create and execute content strategies that drive customer acquisition Experience in analysing content performance and applying data-driven insights Organised, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders What You’ll Love:Our client offers a dynamic and creative working environment, where you will have the opportunity to shape the content strategy and contribute to the growth of a well-established brand.
