Our client is seeking a Temporary Project Administrator to provide essential administrative support across various project activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for documentation, meeting management, and using time management skills to help the team stay on track. You will assist the Project Manager with multiple allocated tasks and contribute to the smooth running of projects. Job Duties: Create and maintain project libraries, plans, files, and reporting systems Assist in coordinating project activities and supporting project documentation Advise the business on procedures, disciplines, and recording/reporting requirements Maintain risk and issue logs, and update change control data as directed by the Project Manager Develop and maintain effective team communications Produce summary reports and coordinate the preparation of relevant project management documentation Assist with other administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager Engage with and demonstrate the company's Values and Behaviours to contribute positively to the company culture Embrace learning and development to enhance your skills and support your career planning Ensure clarity on expectations and objectives, with performance reviewed against these Maintain customer confidentiality and data integrity in accordance with relevant policies Comply with information security and related policies, following agreed procedures Job Requirements: Previous experience in administration, preferably within a project setting Competence in the MS Office suite, including SharePoint and/or Teams Good educational standard, A-Level or equivalent Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong time management skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant technology and software Previous experience working in financial services or a relevant regulatory environment At least 2 years of administrative experience What You’ll Love:Our client offers a supportive environment where you can grow professionally while contributing to a diverse team.
