Our client is seeking a Trainee Fund Administrator to join their fund administration team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in venture capital fund administration while studying towards a professional qualification. Job Duties: Assist with all aspects of fund administration, including venture capital funds, management companies, and associated fund vehicles. Support fund operations by processing payments, preparing receipt packs, and handling investor changes. Maintain investor and fund records within relevant systems. Assist with company secretarial duties, including preparing minutes, board packs, and reports. Provide support on ad-hoc client requests and other administrative duties, including project work. Job Requirements: Strong organisational and communication skills. Good computer literacy and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to learning and professional studies, with support provided as part of the trainee programme. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and maths are essential. A-levels are preferred. Some office-based experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
