Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of clients within the fund administration team. This role involves acting as a key point of contact, ensuring accurate client deliverables, supervising junior team members, and supporting overall team operations. Job Duties: Act as the first point of contact for clients alongside Senior Fund Administrators, providing expert guidance and support Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of Senior Fund Administrators, Fund Administrators, and Trainee Fund Administrators Review and approve work produced by the fund administration team, including payments as a 'B signatory' Monitor and maintain client mailboxes, ensuring timely responses to queries Provide coaching, training, and support to fund administration team members Assist managers with key tasks and workload monitoring Review external communications before distribution as required Lead on all areas of client administration, including fundraising, investor onboarding, handling client and investor queries, managing investment transactions, investor transfers, new entity setup, and ongoing due diligence Support ad-hoc projects and contribute to process improvements Job Requirements: A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and under pressure Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders High level of computer literacy and problem-solving ability Practical experience or demonstrable knowledge of the financial services industry Hold or be studying towards a recognised professional qualification such as CGI (ICSA), ACCA, or ACA, or possess a minimum of five years' relevant experience in fund or fiduciary administration Ability to interpret fund documentation and understand GFSC regulations, including the Protection of Investors law and anti-money laundering regulations What You’ll Love:​​​​​​​This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic fund administration team.
