Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Senior / Client Services Administrator to support the administration of bespoke personal pension plans, including those holding non-standard assets such as private company shares and property. Reporting to the Client Services Assistant Manager, this role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the accurate and efficient management of pension products. Job Duties: Administer bespoke personal pension plans, including those with non-standard assets. Respond to member queries and process administrative requests. Update Viewpoint and other relevant systems. Follow checklists to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks. Prepare, collate, and dispatch documentation, including member benefit requests, loan requests, transfer-out requests, and investment/share purchase agreements. Draft trustee minutes and resolutions. Assist with action points arising from file reviews. Support the onboarding process for new business and additional contributions. Assist with the aged debtor fee collection process. Liaise with intermediaries, introducers, and investment houses. Present accurate and organised documentation for review and sign-off by authorised signatories. Coordinate with accounts and compliance teams regarding monetary movements within pension plans. Work in line with the company’s mission, vision, and values. Undertake additional duties as required to support the development of services. Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including English and Maths. Working towards STEP or ICSA/CGI qualification, or willingness to undertake professional studies. At least 2 years’ experience in a financial services role. Experience in trust and/or company administration. Experience in pensions administration. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with manual and/or electronic client recording systems. Understanding of compliance, client due diligence, anti-money laundering, and countering financial crime regulations. Numerate, organised, and diligent with strong attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong client and company focus. Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks. Ability to handle urgent or sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy, escalating when necessary. Good teamwork and problem-solving skills. Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to service excellence.
