Our client is seeking a motivated Advisory Consultant to join their busy Advisory department, specialising in restructuring. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to assist with client relationship management and case administration. The successful candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, contributing to high-quality client engagements and effective case management.Job Duties:  Maintaining and updating restructuring case files accurately. Communicating professionally with both internal and external clients. Ensuring the restructuring pipeline is current and well-maintained. Managing billing processes and fees in a timely manner. Drafting external correspondence to a high standard, adhering to branding guidelines. Assisting in the production of formal reports, client proposals, and engagement letters. Coordinating and organising restructuring meetings, including taking minutes. Providing general administrative support, including mail merges, document deliveries, and other ad hoc duties. Developing knowledge of restructuring case administration in Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man. Collaborating with the wider Advisory team as required. Job Requirements:  Secondary education, with a relevant professional qualification or a willingness to work towards obtaining one. Previous administrative experience within a professional services environment is ideal. Experience in producing formal business reports and client proposals is desirable. Strong time management and organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple complex engagements under tight deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in spoken, written, and listening English.
