Our client is seeking a Loss Adjuster to join their newly established in-house team. The role involves undertaking claim assessments and managing claims from instruction to settlement. Field-based, the role requires interaction with customers, ensuring the success of the new loss adjusting service. Exceptional customer service skills, analytical ability, and strong communication are key to success in this role. Job Duties: Undertake claim assessments and manage claims from start to settlement. Visit various locations, working closely with customers on a 1:1 basis. Ensure high levels of customer service and effective communication throughout the claims process. Project manage claims efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate settlements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Work under your own initiative while adhering to established procedures. Job Requirements: Ideally, hold relevant qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) or be working towards a CILA qualification. Alternatively, experience in handling commercial/home claims with Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications. Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
