Our client is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead the development and management of all the firm's portfolios. The successful candidate will work closely with the Management Team and the wider parent company to drive product performance improvements across a diverse range of risks. This strategic yet hands-on role requires expertise in data analysis, performance trends, and business development. You will be expected to think long-term while ensuring the efficient delivery of results and providing technical expertise on individual cases within the portfolio. Job Duties: Lead the development and management of all the firm's portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Collate performance data, identify trends, and address issues with appropriate actions. Provide technical expertise and knowledge at the case level across the portfolio. Contribute to marketing and business development activities to enhance portfolio growth. Communicate complex information clearly and interpret statistical data for internal and external stakeholders. Develop business plans and strategic initiatives to drive portfolio performance. Actively contribute to the improvement of processes and efficiency within the portfolio management function. Maintain high standards of customer service, paying close attention to detail and accuracy. Work independently to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Job Requirements: Proven experience in managing portfolios, with a strong understanding of risk and performance management. Ability to analyse and interpret statistical data effectively. Experience in developing business plans and managing strategic initiatives. Strong leadership, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently to deadlines. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
