Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an experienced trust professional to join their team, with flexibility to appoint either an Assistant Manager or Manager, depending on the candidate’s experience. This role is responsible for the administration of a client portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and compliance. The successful candidate will also support and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. Full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. Job Duties: Manage a portfolio of trust and company clients, ensuring effective administration. Support the Team Manager in overseeing the administration team. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, ensuring effective training and development. Maintain and enhance technical and regulatory standards across the team. Ensure deadlines are met and that workloads are effectively managed within the team. Monitor and review team performance, including conducting appraisals and performance management. Keep up to date with industry regulations, including trust legislation, corporate management, compliance, and anti-money laundering requirements. Manage portfolio billing and receivables. Review and enhance internal processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. Act as a signatory, where appropriate, ensuring compliance with internal policies. Job Requirements: STEP, ICSA, ACCA, ACA, or similar professional qualification (or significant experience in trust and company administration). Strong technical skills in trust and company administration. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in line management or a demonstrated ability to lead a team. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and senior management. Ability to work efficiently within a busy team and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in IT systems, including trust administration software and electronic filing systems. High levels of integrity, responsibility, and reliability.
