Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Trainee Corporate Administrator to support the administration of corporate structures while developing essential skills in financial services. This role offers hands-on experience across all areas of administration, providing a strong foundation for career growth. The successful candidate will gain exposure to corporate administration processes, client interactions, and compliance procedures, with full training and professional qualification support. Job Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing payment instructions and verifying supporting documents. Monitor and confirm receipt of funds. Draft simple correspondence such as emails, letters, and minutes. Support bank account openings. Maintain and update client data on internal systems. Handle safe custody items and complete compliance checklists. Assist with client due diligence and compliance checks for new business. Support the preparation of statutory and regulatory filings. Contribute to internal review processes and administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and scheduling meetings. Answer phone calls and take messages for colleagues. Ensure daily completion of timesheets. Job Requirements: Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent. Office or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with colleagues, intermediaries, and clients. Excellent written and verbal English, with a confident telephone manner. Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office. Strong time management and organisational skills. Willingness to learn through professional qualifications and on-the-job training. Basic knowledge of financial markets and offshore fiduciary services is desirable.
