Back to ResultsOur client is seeking two ambitious, risk-focused professionals to join its growing Risk and Compliance team. Reporting to the Risk Manager, the successful candidates will provide support, challenge, advice, and guidance across the business in a fast-paced environment. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and risk policies while maintaining a strong understanding of business needs and emerging risks. Job Duties: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of risk management plans. Ensure comprehensive understanding and adherence to industry and regulatory standards, including credit, operational, and financial risk policies. Maintain awareness of current and future business needs, identifying emerging risks and issues. Support business areas in developing risk awareness and best practices. Maintain effective relationships across the organisation to support key objectives. Assist in managing and reporting on the Group Risk Management Framework. Identify, document, and assess risks, recommending appropriate management controls. Job Requirements: Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the business. Knowledge of credit, operational, and financial risks. Experience in managing and reporting on risk frameworks. Proven ability to identify, document, and mitigate risks through appropriate controls.
