Our Guernsey service is hiring!
Our vision is that every young person in the Bailiwick has
a safe & happy childhood and the foundations to thrive.
Young Person's Practitioner Fixed term for 12 months.
Full & part time (minimum 25 hours) considered
A Young Persons Practitioner's supports young people facing
issues with homelessness, substance use, leaving care or isolation
supporting their personal, social, emotional & economic wellbeing.
Salary circa £27k plus on call allowances Great annual leave package
