Our client is seeking a Temp Marketing Manager for an 11-month contract to support the delivery of marketing services aligned with business strategy. The role involves overseeing brand management, marketing strategy, communications, and external engagement while ensuring high-quality marketing execution. Based in the Channel Islands, this position requires collaboration with multiple teams to enhance brand presence, drive client engagement, and align marketing initiatives with strategic objectives. Job Duties: Maintain effective team communication to ensure timely and high-quality task completion. Serve as the primary contact for marketing briefings and upcoming projects. Deliver quarterly marketing analytics to inform senior leadership decisions. Shape marketing strategy to align with the five-year business plan, ensuring digital engagement with clients. Develop and implement PR initiatives, collaborating with local, UK, and global teams where appropriate. Plan and manage local media schedules, building strong relationships with editors and advertisers. Support marketing efforts related to community engagement and corporate values. Collaborate with recruitment marketing colleagues to execute effective employer branding campaigns. Oversee the planning and execution of high-quality events and sponsorships. Work closely with tax, advisory, and assurance teams to enhance brand visibility. Lead internal communication projects to maintain brand reputation and strategic alignment. Job Requirements: Professional marketing qualification (degree level or equivalent). Proven marketing experience with a strong track record in brand management and communications. Effective leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders. Ability to work within strict brand compliance standards. A balance of creativity and analytical thinking with adaptability across marketing disciplines. Experience in campaign performance analysis, digital marketing, CRM software, content strategy, and business development. Willingness to travel regularly between the Channel Islands as part of a cross-island team.
