Our client is seeking a Trainee Trust Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day administration of trust and company structures, supporting senior team members and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Job Duties: Assist with the administration of trust and company structures in accordance with client requirements and regulatory standards. Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports as required. Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date. Assist with compliance tasks, including due diligence and regulatory reporting. Support senior administrators with ad hoc tasks and projects. Job Requirements: A keen interest in trust administration and financial services. Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships. A proactive and motivated approach to learning and development. Willingness to work towards a relevant professional qualification.
