Our client is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to provide general administrative support until July 2025, with the possibility of extension. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who can handle a variety of office tasks, including answering calls, greeting clients, maintaining office supplies, and liaising with suppliers. Depending on experience, there may be opportunities to assist in other areas of the business. Job Duties: Answering phone calls and handling general enquiries. Greeting and assisting clients and visitors. Managing office supplies and placing orders as needed. Liaising with suppliers for stationery and other office needs. Ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and organised. Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required. Job Requirements: Previous experience in an office administration or reception role is desirable. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A proactive and flexible approach to work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
