Back to ResultsOur client is seeking an Administrator or Senior Administrator to provide high-quality fund administration services to a portfolio of Guernsey-domiciled regulated, listed, and unregulated structures with a diverse asset base. This role involves managing administration projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting business development efforts. Job Duties: Administering a varied portfolio of fund structures, ensuring a high level of client service. Coordinating short- and long-term administration projects. Managing a personal portfolio of clients and assisting with complex structures. Undertaking company secretarial duties, including convening Board meetings and taking minutes. Liaising with Guernsey, European, and UK-based law firms on client matters. Assisting with audits for various companies and structures. Conducting client due diligence for new and existing clients. Supporting FATCA/CRS reporting requirements. Carrying out banking and payment processing. Updating timesheets daily. Ensuring all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Job Requirements: 2-3 years’ experience in the offshore funds industry. ICSA/IDFA or equivalent qualification (desirable). Strong attention to detail. Ability to set priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
