Our client is seeking a Fund Administrator to assist in managing a range of private capital structures, including funds and corporate entities. This role involves ensuring high standards of client service, supporting operational tasks, and contributing to the smooth running of fund operations and related activities. Job Duties: Assist in the administration of various private capital structures, including funds and corporates. Support the establishment of new structures and assist with the transition of switch business. Provide exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of engagements. Assist with company secretarial tasks, including preparing agendas, distributing board packs, and taking minutes at board meetings. Update and maintain static data to ensure accuracy. Ensure accurate bookkeeping for fund and corporate structures. Prepare bank reconciliations for a portfolio of clients, analysing cash payments and receipts. Support the setup of entity, investor, and other data cards in the accounting system, under the supervision of a senior team member. Assist in processing routine fund operations, such as investor calls and distributions. Prepare payment instructions for fund-related expenses. Ensure accurate execution and documentation of investor records and other activities. Refer tasks and issues to the line manager with suggested solutions, showing a proactive approach to learning and development. Adhere to company workflows, policies, and procedures, ensuring checklists are completed on time. Job Requirements: Positive, personable, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Proven experience in a fund administration or similar environment. Strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Ability to meet deadlines and work flexibly as part of a team. Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to handle tasks independently. Basic knowledge of AML/KYC legislation and requirements. Preferred qualifications include studying towards a chartered secretary/ICSA or chartered accountant.
