Our client is seeking a Senior Fund Administrator to manage a diverse range of private capital structures, including funds and corporate entities. The role involves ensuring exceptional service throughout the lifecycle of client relationships, assisting with the development and maintenance of client structures, and supporting both operational and compliance functions. Job Duties: Administer a wide range of private capital structures, including funds and associated corporate structures. Assist with the establishment of new structures and the transition of switch business, following streamlined processes. Provide exceptional service to clients and related parties throughout the lifecycle of their engagements. Maintain and develop relationships with clients and advisors, demonstrating a deep understanding of client structures and market trends. Act as a mentor to junior staff, supporting their development as part of succession planning. Coordinate all company secretarial matters, including preparing and attending board and shareholder meetings. Manage routine and complex fund operations, such as investor calls and distributions. Ensure accurate execution and documentation of all related activities. Collaborate with senior staff, offering suggested solutions and demonstrating a desire to learn and grow. Adhere to company workflows, policies, and procedures, while challenging them to improve operational efficiency. Act as an authorised ‘C’ signatory in accordance with company policies. Job Requirements: Positive, personable, self-motivated, and willing to learn. Understanding of quality client service requirements. Proven experience in a fund administration environment at a similar level. Demonstrated commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate flexibly. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Sound technical knowledge of financial services, regulatory, and legal requirements. Knowledge of AML/KYC legislation and requirements. Currently studying towards a professional qualification such as a chartered secretary/ICSA, chartered accountant, or lawyer is preferred.
