Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Risk and Compliance Administrator to support their Risk & Compliance team. The successful candidate will assist with ensuring the business operates within its legal and regulatory obligations while adhering to the firm’s risk and compliance framework. This role involves supporting policy reviews, regulatory monitoring, and compliance reporting, as well as assisting with risk committee meetings and project work. Job Duties: Assist in analysing laws and regulations to identify key changes and assess their impact on policies and procedures. Support the maintenance, review, and update of risk and compliance policies and procedures. Manage the compliance mailbox, ensuring queries are addressed efficiently. Attend Enterprise Risk Management and Risk Committee meetings, taking notes and drafting minutes. Identify and recommend improvements to the Compliance Monitoring Programme and assist with monitoring tasks and reporting. Maintain regulatory registers, including those for complaints, gifts, losses, professional indemnity insurance, breaches, and risk registers. Review and action sanctions and other relevant regulatory notices. Generate and review monthly reports, following up on outstanding matters. Assist with ad hoc project work as required. Act as an ambassador for the firm, fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Job Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to resolve queries and issues effectively. Excellent time management and organisational skills with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise deadlines. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Capable of working independently while following instructions. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Holds or is willing to work towards an International Compliance Association qualification.
