Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a New Business Administrator to join their pan-island new business take-on team. The successful candidate will provide support with client take-on services, ensuring all legislative and regulatory requirements are met in line with internal policies and procedures. Working closely with service lines, this role aims to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience while maintaining compliance and mitigating risk. Job Duties: Manage the local and international conflicts check process. Conduct screening checks and undertake risk assessments. Oversee the collection and review of client take-on documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Ensure completeness and accuracy of client take-on documentation prior to service line approval. Liaise with service lines throughout the take-on process to manage client expectations and facilitate timely onboarding. Act as an advisor, providing practical and business-focused guidance to service lines on client take-on queries. Escalate client take-on issues to the Risk & Compliance team as necessary. Job Requirements: Experience in client take-on and the onboarding process. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence to engage with individuals at all levels. Ability to build strong working relationships across different service lines. Resilient in handling challenges and resistant to pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to resolve queries effectively. Excellent time management and organisational skills with a solutions-focused approach. Ability to work independently while upholding the highest professional standards. Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Holds or is willing to work towards obtaining the International Compliance Association Advanced Certificate in Practical Customer Due Diligence.
