Our client is seeking a temporary trust professional to assist with periodic trust and company reviews. This flexible role will support the team in managing and completing outstanding reviews, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The length of the contract will depend on the candidate’s experience and tax considerations. Job Duties: Conduct periodic trust and company reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory standards. Identify and document any issues, risks, or required updates within trust and company structures. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained. Liaise with internal teams to obtain necessary documentation and resolve queries. Support the compliance function in reviewing client files and ensuring due diligence requirements are met. Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks related to trust and company administration as required. Job Requirements: Experience in trust and company administration, compliance, or a similar fiduciary role. Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the trust industry. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA is desirable but not essential.
