Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to manage all resourcing requirements across the Channel Islands and UK. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, overseeing the full recruitment process, and maintaining recruitment systems. The position also includes responsibilities in learning and development, talent programmes, and compliance with recruitment policies. Job Duties: Manage recruitment processes, including agency liaison, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and interviews. Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria. Source candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn and professional networks. Organise recruitment and careers events to strengthen the candidate pipeline. Oversee recruitment processes through the Recruitment module on SuccessFactors. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Provide guidance to management on resourcing matters. Manage the client's Talent Programmes and contribute to learning and development initiatives. Maintain records of all recruitment materials and ensure compliance with internal guidelines. Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. Deliver first-day induction training for new employees when required. Ensure employee records and documents comply with GDPR requirements. Assist with HR projects as needed. Job Requirements: Up to three years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including various interview techniques. Strong administrative skills with excellent numeracy and literacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Experience using HR databases or recruitment portals is advantageous.
