Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a contractor to manage the closure of companies and trusts on a fixed-term basis for 6 to 12 months, with the potential to become permanent. The role requires experience in trust closures, legal and regulatory compliance, and financial processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all closures align with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong communication with relevant stakeholders. Job Duties: Assist in managing administrative processes with Trust and Company Administrators to ensure service levels and business standards are met Oversee the closure of companies and trusts in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Ensure all legal and financial matters are monitored throughout the closure process Maintain close professional relationships with selected clients and intermediaries Monitor and uphold regulatory compliance and good business practices across the Trust Administration team Manage the liquidation of assets and review outstanding liabilities Review and file relevant legal documentation, such as termination documents Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the closure process Monitor tax clearances and ensure all liabilities are settled in coordination with team members Organise and maintain reports and files related to closure processes Work with legal and external advisors to ensure smooth completion of closure procedures Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role and level of responsibility Job Requirements: Strong and continually developing knowledge of fiduciary and trust closure services Professional qualification or working towards completion of one At least five years' experience in fiduciary and trust closure services Self-motivated with a commitment to business excellence Comprehensive knowledge of fiduciary services practice Experience in trust closures and related legal/financial processes Strong client relationship management skills Excellent written and spoken communication skills What You’ll Love:Our client offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment within the fiduciary sector.
