Back to ResultsOur client is seeking a Marketing and Brand Coordinator to oversee all aspects of marketing, communications, and events across both traditional and digital platforms. This role involves working closely with directors, agencies, and external partners to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition, support business growth, and position the company as a leading service provider and employer. Job Duties: Develop marketing strategies tailored to individual business and service lines. Work with the CEO and HR to enhance employer branding and market positioning. Coordinate marketing plans, acting as the key contact for external agencies. Identify and implement relevant marketing opportunities. Oversee the creation of company literature and advertisements in collaboration with external teams. Source and curate industry content for internal and external communications. Manage and update the company website and social media channels. Liaise with PR agencies to identify opportunities and draft press releases. Assist directors with presentations and business proposals. Maintain stock levels of branded merchandise and stationery. Establish connections with other offices and the wider global network. Support and organise client and staff events. Promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Prepare quarterly reports on marketing initiatives and future plans for board review. Manage the marketing budget and process invoices in collaboration with finance. Ensure compliance of marketing materials with relevant legislation and policies. Job Requirements: Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in marketing or public relations. Marketing or PR qualification, or equivalent experience. Strong governance awareness and adherence to policies. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work confidently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
