Our client is seeking a Group Risk Analyst to support the development, implementation, and management of the Group Risk Management Framework. This role involves monitoring risk processes across subsidiaries, maintaining risk registers, and producing reports to provide assurance on risk management effectiveness. The successful candidate will also assist with information security tasks and business continuity planning. Job Duties: Support the embedding of a risk-aware culture through communication and promotion of the Group Risk Management Framework. Assist in the development and implementation of risk management tools, including risk registers, controls, and key risk indicators. Maintain records and documentation to evidence risk management activities. Identify, analyse, and evaluate risk-related data to support assessments and reporting. Collate and analyse risk reports, highlighting emerging trends and risk concentrations. Monitor and assess external developments to anticipate changes in the risk landscape. Build and maintain relationships with risk owners and key functions, including Compliance and Internal Audit. Assist in the drafting and implementation of risk-related policies and procedures. Support information security risk documentation and cybersecurity framework monitoring. Assist in updating and maintaining business continuity plans. Coordinate the Group’s sanctions screening application. Perform additional risk-related functions as required by the Group Head of Risk. Job Requirements: Degree-level education or relevant professional qualification (desirable). Experience in risk management frameworks, regulation, controls, and assurance. Experience in developing policies and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and administrative abilities. Ability to work collaboratively and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive and curious approach to learning and risk analysis.
